How it works

If you would like your flowers delivered, please check the list of suburbs we can deliver to before placing your order.

Once you’ve purchased your subscription, you’ll receive an email confirming your subscription and requesting a few details.

This is your opportunity to let me know your preferred delivery/pick up day of the week; your preferred stem length (long or short); where you’ll be displaying your flowers (e.g. against a wall or in the middle of a room); and if the flowers are for your business, your home, or a gift for someone else.

I’ll endeavour to have your first bouquet/posie ready for pick up/delivery within five business days of receiving your initial order. Please be aware I may not be able to deliver your flowers on your nominated day of the week, but I’ll do my best to accommodate you. Make sure you leave out a jar of water for delivery, or bring one with you for contactless pick up. (My business has a firm ‘no floral foam’ policy!)

I only use locally grown flowers, fresh from the farm, so they’ll last as long as possible if you care for them well. Chop an inch off their stems under running water as soon as you receive them, and scrub their vase and change their water at least every two days.

Some of the most beautiful kinds of flowers (such as dahlias) will droop relatively quickly, even with the best of care. If you particularly want your flowers to last a full week, let me know and I’ll try and source hardier blooms for you. Otherwise, I’ll choose the most beautiful flowers in season, regardless of whether their lives will be short and sweet, or long and lovely.

Note: because I only use the most environmentally friendly flowers available, they’re grown pesticide-free. This means you may find a little caterpillar, or other crawling friend, amongst your blooms. A lovely sign that they’re chemical free and good for both the environment and your health!
